iPhone (and Touch) Games Coming Soon!

At MacWorld 2008, Apple Founder, Steve Jobs, once again confirmed the release date of an SDK for both the iPhone and the iPod Touch. This SDK unlocks the potential for gaming applications made for the devices to be installed.

Apple says they are going to release the SDK for the iPhone and the iPod Touch sometime in late February. And once games became available, we will have our reviews of those games, on this page!

Please note, that all games installed as a result of an iPod Touch or iPhone jailbreak will not be reviewed. Also note that GamersCast does not endorse and recommend jailbreaking your device as this also voids the warranty Apple was so kind to give you guys. Not to mention it also opens your device to a possible virus, which could potentially inflict irreversible damage to your device.

WiiWare is coming soon!

UPDATE: WiiWare now has an official launch date! It's a bit later than originally announced, but this one is in slate! The WiiWare service will launch on May 12, 2008. For the latest news on WiiWare news and it's development, click here.

WiiWare is the newest edition to Nintendo's Wii Shop Channel. It is through this channel that you will be able to download new and original games!

This new download section has been previously announced for a late February 2008 launch. If you are still seeing this message after February ends, then the launch has either been delayed or no reviews for the service have yet been made.
